The Cornwallis Hotel, Brome Eye is an ideal location to enjoy a hot a balloon flight over Suffolk, located southwest of Diss. Just off the A140. This beautiful Grade 2 listed house sits in over twenty acres of grounds. Once you drive down the magnificent avenue of Lime trees and past the topiary gardens you find yourself in a soft luxurious environment of years past. The Cornwallis has excellent facilities at sensible prices. You may wish to enjoy a meal after your flight or treat yourself to a night in the hotel; this could be an excellent compliment to your balloon ride.
Once airborne you will quickly realize that we are close to the south Norfolk border. The river Waveney separates the two counties. Suffolk is such a lovely county to fly over with its gentle rolling hills a rural landscape. Travelling here is easy to being approximately 30 minutes driving time fro Ipswich, Bury St Edmunds and Norwich.
