| Hi Robert, Can I just say a big "thank you" to you and your splendid team, both from me, a mere 69 years old and from the lady who came with me, Joan - a very sprightly 90. The professionalism shown by you and the team was exemplary, and we could not have had a better morning for our balloon ride over Norwich. We felt safe at all times, even when we regained contact with terra firma, thanks to your briefing. The scenery was magnificent.
